Super Green Smoothie
High on nutrients and taste, low on calories!
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 leaf Tuscan Kale (spine removed)
- 1 tsp local honey
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 1/2 frozen banana
- 4-6 ounces almond milk
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy! Add almond milk to thin out.
Spinach is an abundance of vital nutrients, as well as the kale!
They are low in calorie too!
