September is always a time of fresh starts for me. First, it is my birthday month. Second, it’s the start of an new school year. And third, it is the change of seasons from summer to fall! I love seeing the leaves change, feeling the crispness in the air, and starting a fresh routine!
This month I am going to be posting one new recipe a week this month, and a quick tip to add fitness into your daily routine! It’s time for that fresh start! And think of how great you will feel when the holidays roll around and you are eating cleaner, and feeling leaner!
One fitness tip that I find really helpful, even when I’m busy… Try doing 10 air squats every time you use the bathroom! After going, I simply start standing, drop to a squat, and stand again tightening my tush as I stand. Do this 10 times, and you could reach 50 squats by the end of the day! Your booty will thank you for it!
