Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
The spinach is chalk full of great nutrients and fiber! And it has virtually no flavor when mixed with the banana and berries!
- 1 huge handful spinach
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup frozen banana
- 1/2 Cup frozen berries
- 1 Scoop protein powder
- 1 Scoop Super Greens Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 4-6 oz almond milk or water . . .
